With the development of drilling technology and the improvement of social environmental protection awareness, higher requirements have been put forward for oil drilling solids control systems, which are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:
1. Owners of oil and gas exploration and development hope to use cleaner mud drilling in order to better protect the oil and gas reservoirs, so as to obtain higher oil and gas production.
2. The application of turbo-screw drilling technology puts forward higher requirements for mud cleanliness.
3. The treatment of waste mud will be paid more and more attention, and the treatment of waste mud is mainly to separate the solid phase and the liquid phase as much as possible.
Therefore, the requirements for mud control equipment are getting higher and higher. High, medium and low speed centrifuges are becoming more and more popular, so that drilling muds of various properties can be effectively controlled. The preparation of high-speed frequency conversion centrifuges is the future development direction.
The GBLW450-NY centrifuge introduced by our company is a new product with one machine and multiple speeds. It eliminates the trouble of replacing different equipment due to different properties of drilling mud. This machine is inlaid with cemented carbide blocks on the conveyor blades, which improves the wear resistance of the conveyor; and all important parts of the bearings are imported bearings, which improves the service life of the whole machine.
