Overview:
150PSL vertical sand pump is an end-suction single-stage vertical centrifugal pump. The pump is installed on the top of the tank, and the pump casing is immersed in the liquid in the tank without forming pollution. This product adopts the double seal form of auxiliary impeller and oil seal, which has reliable sealing and long service life. Therefore, this product is an ideal pump for mine.

use:
This product is mainly used to transport mud, mortar, ore slurry and similar liquids containing suspended solid particles. Such as oil drilling mud purification system, concentrators transport concentrate slurry, tailings, slime, etc. The pump has reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and maintenance, stable and reliable performance, and is an ideal product for slurry transportation in the mine.


Installation, use, maintenance, maintenance:

1. After the base is tightened when the product is installed, it is installed at the horizontal position of the tank top (pool top). The distance between the lower suction pipe end and the tank bottom should be greater than 500mm; the discharge line should be equipped with a gate valve to adjust the flow rate and head. There should be no sharp turns in the pipeline installation, and no additional pressure should be withstood after the pipeline installation.

2. Before starting the pump, it should be checked whether the motor rotation is in line with the pump. When the pump is started, the discharge pipe gate valve should be closed. After the pump is started, slowly adjust the gate valve to adjust the flow or pressure to the required working conditions.
