3. Installation and commissioning

1. The desilter cleaner should be installed after the desander cleaner, that is, at the end of the No. 2 tank, and the base must be placed stably.

2. The connection line between the inlet and outlet of the desilter cleaner and other equipment adopts hose line, and the length and bend should be reduced as much as possible.

3. The tension of the screen should be appropriate. The screen after tension should be flat and wrinkle-free.


4. Maintenance and care

1. The newly purchased desilter cleaner must be removed before the first use after moving or before moving to the first use.

2. When the cyclone is shut down for a long time, it must be cleaned with clean water to prevent dry sand from accumulating in the cyclone.

3. The vibration motor is filled with grease every 1500 to 2500 hours, and the amount of oil to be filled for each bearing is 5 to 10 ml.

4. The screen should be cleaned after shutdown to prevent the sediment from drying out and making it unusable next time.
