The mud purification device is a combination of a double-layer vibrating screen and three 4" (φ100mm) desilting cyclone separators. It is a dedicated mud control system for a 30-500T horizontal directional drilling machine. It can be used for horizontal directional drilling. The mud is used to separate large and small rock debris and soil debris particles. The bottom vibrating screen is installed with an 80-mesh screen cloth to coarsely separate the mud (removing particles above 210μm). The 3 sticks of φ100mm can separate the solid phase of mud above 20um. Thereby. Purify the harmful solid phase in the mud for drilling rigs. Reduce the wear of the mud on the mud pump, truly make the mud better to lubricate and reduce the friction of the drill bit, and also greatly increase the mud carrying sand and mud. Ability to improve drilling speed and protect the shell wall.
