3. Product structure and features:
The product is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, bracket, shaft, bearing, shaft sealing device, coupling, supporting motor and base.
Is composed of impeller, shaft, bearing, pump coupling and other parts, and is installed in the bracket through the bearing. The bracket feet are fixed on the base with bolts, the pump body is mounted on the end of the bracket, and the motor and the pump are mounted on the same base.
Pumps, impellers and other liquid flow components have been hydraulically optimized to improve hydraulic performance and avoid local early wear of flow components. The special design of the pump body flow channel reduces the wear of the solid particles in the transported liquid to the pump body flow channel, and effectively improves the service life of the pump body.
The shaft seal adopts the auxiliary impeller and oil seal device, and the sealing effect is good. When the pump is running, the auxiliary impeller plays a sealing role to achieve the ideal effect of leak-proof. When the pump is stopped, the oil seal acts as a seal. Due to the open oil seal, it can be easily replaced without disassembling the pump when replacing the oil seal.
4. Installation, use and maintenance:
The base of the pump is fixed on a horizontal foundation when the pump is installed, so that the shaft is in a horizontal state. The suction pipe and discharge pipe of the pump should minimize turning, avoid sharp turns and humps, and cannot bear the weight of the pump pipeline. The pipeline should be sealed and reliable to avoid air intake and slurry leakage, so as not to affect the normal operation of the pump.
Check whether the fasteners are loose before tightening the pump. Check whether the lubricating oil has been added to the oil tank of the bracket, and the oil level should be at the oil level line. Click to check the direction of the motor. From the direction of the suction port of the pump, the pump should rotate clockwise, otherwise the motor wiring should be changed to change the direction of the motor.
Check the bearing temperature during the pump operation. If the temperature is too high, the pump vibrates or there is abnormal noise, the pump should be stopped immediately to find out the cause, and then the pump should be turned on and continue to run.
Regularly check the lubricating oil in the bracket. If it is found to be deteriorated or dirty, it should be replaced with new oil in time. When changing the oil, the oil should be drained and rinsed with kerosene before adding new oil.
Inject grease into the shaft seal device regularly through the oil cup, to the limit of filling. After the pump is stopped in winter, if it is not used for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be discharged from the wire plug at the lower part of the pump body to avoid ice formation in the pump and damage to the pump.
The motor should have reliable grounding measures.
