1. The factory strengthens quality management, establishes, implements, and continuously improves the quality management system, and guarantees the quality of the product to achieve the designed technical and contractual requirements;
2. The factory shall pay attention to after-sales service, and deal with customers feedback information on quality in time. The factory shall offer disposal consideration in 12 hours after receipt of complaint, and if on-scene service is needed, the technical personnel should be sent to the scene to repair or guide in 24 hours, and they are not allowed to evacuate before all the quality problems are solved;
3. The factory shall fulfill “Three Guarantees”, including repair, replacement and refund for defective products in half a year after leaving factory.
4. For the products out of “Three Guarantee” time, the factory shall offer suitable parts for the customer in time, necessary on-scene guidance and repair service.
