The mud mixing batching tank is composed of a mud tank, a pump unit, a jet device, a stirrer, an electric control system, a valve group and a manifold system. The jet slurry mixing device can realize rapid pulping and rapid stirring, so that the added medicine and bentonite are evenly dispersed and not easy to agglomerate. The mud tank can be equipped with single or multiple sets. The number and power of agitators are determined according to the size and volume of the mud tank to ensure that the mud pump uses slurry.
Mud tank receiving tank system
The mud receiving tank is generally placed at the excavation point and the soil entry point of the trenchless project, and it is equipped with a vibrating screen or a desilting and sand removal machine, a centrifuge and other purification equipment. Users can choose according to the needs of the project, configure 1 set of tanks, 2 sets of tanks and 3 sets of tanks, etc. The main purpose is to collect and purify drilling mud for mud pump recycling.
